There are rare opportunities:

Customers telling you to do what you want. This was the shortest briefing and one of the best projects ever.

I loved creating the hermaphrodite TIKI and his friends.

Suddenly there was a whole world of surfers, chickens, pigs, stingrays, flowers and -of course - cocktails.

One question still remained unsolved: Who threw that coconut?

Confrontation with disease and sickness are always scary. In our culture, where youth, fitness and health are the top ideals, pictures of wounds and sick people are repellent for us.

But only knowledge can help to prevent or cure diseases.

Putting the aesthetic side of the sickness to the foreground, people eventually will get curious and want to know more about it. With this project I tried to create an open access to diseases without trivialising them.
